Anxiety & Depression Counseling

Our counselors seek to identify and address the root source of anxiety. A self-reflective process of therapy helps people understand, unravel, and learn self-soothing techniques to use.
All appointments are 55 minutes long. The sessions are designed to discuss your concerns, in an uplifting, professional, and confidential setting. Flexible scheduling is available. All cultures are welcome, and the integrity of your individual and family situations are respected.  Counseling support is non-judgmental, collaborative and creative – with a touch of occasional humor..
